Refund Policy

1. Refunds Before Work Begins

If you request a cancellation before any work has been started on your project, you are entitled to a full 100% refund. No questions asked. Once our team has been assigned to your project and work has commenced, the refund window closes.

If you are unsure whether work has started, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will confirm.

2. No Refunds Once Work Has Started

Once your project is in production — whether that includes editing, proofreading, formatting, cover design, video trailer, or any other service — we do not offer refunds.

What we do offer is unlimited revisions. If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, we will keep revising until you are. We stand behind the quality of everything we produce.

3. Trademark Services — Government Filing Fees

For trademark registration services (USPTO or UKIPO), our service fee covers preparation, filing, and management of your application. Once we have submitted the filing fee to the trademark office on your behalf, that portion — and the full service fee — becomes non-refundable.

Government filing fees are paid directly to USPTO or UKIPO and cannot be recovered once submitted. We will always notify you in writing before submitting any filing fee, giving you a final opportunity to cancel.

4. Third-Party Platform Fees

Any fees paid to third-party platforms — including Amazon KDP, Barnes & Noble Press, IngramSpark, ISBN agencies, or the Library of Congress — are non-refundable once submitted. These platforms operate under their own terms and Breedo Publishing has no ability to recover those costs.

5. Client-Caused Delays

We cannot be held responsible for project delays caused by late delivery of required materials such as manuscript files, images, brand assets, or approval sign-offs. Delays of this nature do not qualify as grounds for a refund or compensation.

6. Change of Mind

A change of mind after work has started does not qualify for a refund. If you choose to cancel mid-project, all completed work will be delivered to you as-is and no refund will be issued for work already done.

7. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Chargebacks filed where services have been rendered will be contested. We are always willing to resolve issues fairly — please reach out first.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

If Breedo Publishing is unable to complete your project due to reasons on our end, a partial or full refund may be offered at the discretion of management. This is handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive written confirmation from us once the refund has been initiated.

10. Revisions Are Always Available

Every package at Breedo Publishing includes unlimited revisions at no extra charge. If a deliverable doesn't meet your expectations, let us know specifically what needs to change and we will address it promptly.

11. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order. We recommend reviewing this page before placing a new order.
